Out of the box and on the Hill. Housed in the bones of a former  grocery store, the Quality Flea Center is a community space for the strange, the handmade, and the recycled. Home to the Punk Rock Flea Market, CHASM the Capitol Hill Awesome Swap Meet, killer concerts and neighborhood gatherings of all kinds.
